Terms of Service
1. Online store terms
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your location, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, and delivery information and to keep your account credentials secure.
You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, or violate the rights of Tevlora or any third party.
2. Products and pack-format sales
Tevlora works directly with manufacturers and supply-chain partners to offer apparel as single items and multi-piece packs. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise:
- each selected pack or bundle is one sale unit;
- the number of pieces, sizes, colors, and assortment are determined by the product description and the variant selected at checkout;
- individual pieces within a pack are not separately selectable, cancelable, exchangeable, or returnable; and
- if a return is approved, the complete pack must normally be returned together.
Please review the entire product page and selected variant before ordering. Product photographs help show style and color, but screen settings, lighting, and normal manufacturing tolerances may cause minor differences. These statements do not excuse goods that are materially different from their description.
3. Product information and availability
We try to keep descriptions, prices, pack contents, measurements, and availability accurate. Stock and product details may change without notice. If we identify a material error after an order is placed, we may contact you to offer a correction, replacement option, or cancellation with a refund.
4. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. Subject to applicable law, we may decline or cancel an order before shipment because of unavailable stock, payment or fraud screening, pricing or listing errors, purchase limits, an unsupported delivery address, or legal restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount collected for the canceled item or order.
Requests to change or cancel an order are not guaranteed after warehouse processing begins.
5. Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Shipping charges, discounts, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout when they can be calculated. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. Tevlora does not generally receive or store your complete payment-card number.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery destinations, shipping charges, estimated transit times, tracking, address requirements, and delay information are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
7. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Returns, exchanges, damaged or missing items, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Pack-format products are subject to the complete-pack return rules stated there.
8. Lawful resale and brand use
Some Tevlora packs may be suitable for lawful resale. A buyer that imports or resells products is responsible for the licensing, registration, tax, labeling, and other resale obligations that apply to that buyer in the destination market. Purchasing products does not make the buyer an authorized Tevlora dealer, agent, partner, or representative and does not grant permission to use Tevlora's logo, product photography, website content, or other intellectual property.
9. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, photographs, video, and software, are owned by or licensed to Tevlora and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, exploit, or create derivative works from website content without written permission, except as permitted by law.
10. Third-party services and links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including SHOPLINE, payment providers, delivery providers, analytics providers, and social platforms. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Tevlora is not responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control, subject to applicable law.
11. Service availability and errors
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but it may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an "as available" basis. Any warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded remains in effect.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tevlora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other protected consumer rights.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are interpreted under the laws that apply to the seller and the transaction. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer's place of residence continue to apply where required. Before filing a formal claim, please contact support@tevlora.com so we can try to resolve the issue in good faith.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
