• a short description of the issue.

For a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete pack, please also include clear photos of the shipping label, outer packaging, all contents received, and the problem. Please do not email passwords or complete payment-card information.

Returns address

Do not send a return to the address printed on a parcel or to any other address without first receiving written return authorization from Tevlora. The approved return address may be different from the original shipping location. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused where permitted by law. Please review our Return Policy before sending any product.
